Zek I think you're worrying about the short-term too much. It was cool when you were in godmode because it made you feel, like, well God I guess, but now that you're not running so hot you're prob not playing as well because you're like zomg another breakeven sesh sigh.

Edit - Also, let it be known that carrotfish wanted to play me HU last night, but when I accepted he said he had to 'go run' and then he dodged me the rest of the night.

Ship the scaredy-cat imo.

yah i think you should call the flop as played when he minraises pre and then actually bets it (low fold equity, decent equity, decent implieds) but yah that's [censored] gross

how is 2/4 treating you

[/ QUOTE ]

Right as I was about to respond to you last night I spilled chocolate milk on my computer and had to shut everything down lol. Yeah I agree calling flop is prob better given villain's line. 2-4 has been fine in terms of beatability. I only play 1-3 tables of it mixed in with my 1-2 games and I game select vigorously. However, it seems that whenever I'm massively drawn out on it's always on a 2-4 table and so I end up spending the next hour trying to recover the $400 BI. But yeah it doesn't seem too much different so far.

Oh I'm ecstatic winning a buy in this session.

You are right though, I'm not playing that well at the moment and am making at least one big mistake per session at least partially caused by the fact that I am not running particularly well over the last 20k hands or so.

heh these hands are always fun. I had been playing really laggy on this table just cause of the hands I've received and the guy still tanked on river and used his whole time bank. Villain was like 16/3.

Exactly the same feeling here, sure I made some mistakes, but the reason I'm down is mostly because of suckouts/coolers

AA<A9 in a 3b pot
KK<JJ ai pf
AA<KK ai pf
KK<AA ai pf

and tptk < backdoor trips in a $300 pot

just off the top of my head from today. And my set/flush/straight never gets called. It's more then frustrating let's hope it will go away though . At least that's what I tell myself, that it's just a bad luck streak.
