If he was bluffing he can really only put you on QQ, KK, or 1010, at least I would think unless you've shown that you 3-bet with worse hands. Do you c-bet a lot? Need a little more info to evaluate, but I'm thinking this is a fold here....

Fold sounds okay to me unless you have reason to think he could get frisky with AQ/air here, which is unlikely from a 22/12. I don't see much c/r bluffing at 100nl, and this is a reraised pot too.
