Default bubble...do I have any FE? okay play or bad spot?

on bubble of Stars $8 rebuy...been card dead and gunshy for over an hour...no real read on MP1 but shortie was pretty tight...figured him for PP...fold or push to isolate? I didnt mind racing with shortie if I could isolate with some dead money...Is this a fold with 15 spots to the $ or is that all the more reason to resteal?

I need a friggin break from poker!!!!

This is never a call. This is either a shove or a fold. As you canīt fold in the BB getting more than 4:1 itīs a clear insta-shove.

Hero is not getting 4:1 on a shove but Hero gets nearly 4:1 (3.74:1) on a CALL.
