Just noticed that one of my poker accounts has exactly $666 in it. This can't be a good thing.

i just figured out how to use www.beamyourscreen.com
its pretty sweet.

Cool! Have you tried AIM Pro? It also has a desktop sharing feature. I've just tested it quickly so doesn't know much about it other than that it works..

It has a bigtime lag on it, it sucked when I was sweating a guy and was a hand behind at all times.

Went on tilt one night and spewed off 10 buyins. After that, I had no interest in playing at all. Cashed out everything, and didn't even think about poker at all for the longest time. Travelled around Asia for a while on my savings, had a lot of fun, met a lot of cool people.

Now I'm settled (at least temporarily) and back to the grind. Not sure it's an improvement.

[/ QUOTE ]

From which limit and what kind of bankroll did you start again? I'm feeling kind of burnt out myself right now (suspended my Full Tilt account earlier today for 24 hours due to unnecessary spewing).

$15 is fine.

[/ QUOTE ]

Notice they're 160bb deep?

[/ QUOTE ]

The extra $2 doesn't change implied odds much, doesn't make anything fold, etc...

[/ QUOTE ]

We don't want them to fold and we want to make it as expensive as possible for them to call and for them to make a mistake. $3 more can make the diff. between 14 to 1 and 11 to 1 implied odds.

I am massivley overrolled, which I consider a good thing. I was playing $1/2 before I quit, and was overrolled for that. When I started back up, I played 10k hands or so of NL$50 as a warmup then moved to NL$100, where I still am.

I will move back up to NL$200 once I'm happy with the way I'm playing. I know I won't play perfectly, but I at least should feel that I'm playing up to my ability.

By the way, I realized today that I must have considerable leaks in my turn and river play. At NL100 you don't need much of those as most of the money comes from strategic preflop and flop aggression. However at NL200 even the donks are aware of these basic strategies and don't allow you to take a free showdown with A high after the c-bet. At NL100 I can c-bet AQ on a J92 board and give up after being called and still win at showdown against Q8. At NL200 this happens very rarely, in my experience.

My lifetime winrate at 200NL = 5 ptbb/100, lifetime winrate at 100NL = 3 ptbb/100.

I'm pretty sure this is longterm so somehow the playing styles at 200NL suit me better.
