Default TT turn call

Villain is fishy, I've been at the table only 30 hands.

EFFECTIVE STACKS 225 at NL 400.

Villain is BB, 2 people have limped, I'm SB. I raise TT, villain calls, others fold. Flop is J 9 8 r. I bet, he calls. Turn is J. Board reads J J 9 8. I check, he shoves 181 into a 190 pot. Call or fold?

How would he play a 9?

Yeah, you should call, this is some sort of funky draw more than you think.
