what would you say has more value, a 6-month subscription to CR or a 1 hour analysis + session review with a good coach? I should probably do both but I'm really nitty in justifying the coaching rates these days.

[/ QUOTE ] With 1 hour, you're not really gonna get much information. 6-month sub to CR is gonna get you all 400+ videos and you can watch them however many times you want. |

ya that's true, I have this notion that brief coaching is like opening up pandora's box or something and all my leaks will be plugged.. I don't have the BR right now to spend significant time with a coach outside of 1 or 2 sessions, so I guess CR's it is.
