and durron, that is some first level thinking about the n3 card game

the good poker player can use that same logic to never play an A, which is the only thing beating the K I played

who cares?

if we lose with a 9 it protects half the village, which isn't a big deal tbh

meh, i'm just saying there's no reason for us to minimize our potential losses and assume the village wouldn't do the same

yes there is

the EV doesn't balance. risk reward is far too lopsided here to do anything other than play 9 a large % of the time. if i die, WE LOSE basically every time

Um, village losing with their A is a village loss like every single time, as Negreanu was the poker player and Ivey was the king.
