@US: u play alot at 600? Because i tend to do that when on a new limit. I do stuff i know I shouldnt. Im way more spewy and all. It takes me about 3-4k hands to really get used.

anyone here have this problem?..

it's basically lack of discipline. eg i knew i wasnt being bluffed earlier, but called down anyway. Any ways to combat it? I think it's a big probelm of mine.

sit back hold your hand of the mouse, and then think, Whats the most +EV thing to do here and then force yourself to fold.

Or something like that, I suck at it too.

LOL ... yeah, doesn't get much more painfull than that ... I'm only starting to play 200NL after building up from 400$ since somewhere in august

Then I dunno ... poker is boring and it's easy to lose focus, God knows that I'm an eight tabling internet surfing NAG bot myself.

Take a few days of Soldier ... or find some monkeys and throw some poo or ... just get away from it a little while, that is usually what does the trick for me, all the 'now I'm going to focus' mindtricks don't cut it as far as I'm concerned

I also have times of the day when im most focussed, I used to play whenever i want, but now i only play at certain times. I noticed that playing after dinner is usually not a good idea, because im a bit sleepy and i tend to make alot of bad decisions. Playing after 12 am only if games are good, but i usually play in the afternoon.
