I just just had a guy time out for almost 20 seconds when I valuepushed AA into his nuts. Slowrollers should be shot in the kneecaps. I am sofa king pissed right now

anyone here have this problem?..

it's basically lack of discipline. eg i knew i wasnt being bluffed earlier, but called down anyway. Any ways to combat it? I think it's a big probelm of mine.
