General question for you guys:

Are you actively assigning a specific equity esimate to your holdings based on your opponents range?

For example, are you saying in your mind "Okay, his range is x , so therefore I estimate my equity at %y.

Lately I find myself being very lazy and just thinking alright, these are the hands in his range, and there are a lot more weak hands than good hands, so ill do x based on that.

I get way too lazy, especially when things aren't going right. I do this sometimes when I'm focused and playing well but it hasn't happened lately.

Also, 100nl HU is a goldmine. Just played 450 hands there and won $450.. these people can't wait to spew a stack into you.

I get lazy when things are going great. It's like I expect my winning streak to end, so I stop playing to avoid the coming downswing. If I'm stuck, I'll play until the end of time to get even.

Also, all these guys hitting big MTT scores make me feel like a chump for grinding out small cash wins.

Yeah I'm not playing 6-max at all this week. MTTs/HU all week. Should make for a change.

I missed donkaments kinda.
