The last 3 days must feel more than just the satisfaction of the money considering the way Farha has treated Brian in the past.

could someone explain? what did farha do, badmouth or smtn?

It was fun to see aba take so much off him though, especially after Farha's " You don't belong here" comment on HSP

[/ QUOTE ]

farha was very condescending toward aba on hsp. his attidtude was basically, "go back to the internets, little boy," except i don't think sammy knows internets has an s.

lol, hit and play till i'm unstuck then run back to santa barbara and never returnaments

[/ QUOTE ]

-Brian feels he has a significant edge over Sammy.
-It's widely believed that Sammy has tilt issues.
-While we can't know for sure, due to other players entering the game, it looks like Sammy lost a large amount of money. Few people play well when down and Sammy doesn't seem to be the exception.
-Brian is not risk averse. If he has an edge he takes the risk.

Your conclusion is that Brian is doing a hit and run?

Wouldn't the more likely explanation be that Sammy had had enough?

Nice to throw logic out the window even if you are right. How do you know or not know what Sammy won 5 handed. It was 1.5 mill, excluding day before losses, and being down to 400K who knows or doesn't know what he won back from each player. The end also poignently caps off the inability to hear another opinion in yoru argument. WP.

u r dum so i will use small words. The point was that B.T. was up $1mil+ on S.F. in HU play over the entire match. No matter what S.F. did once the game became 5 handed Aba won the HU match. It could have been variance because the game was so big but it pretty much [censored] you guys and your "but he has live tells" theory u moron.

Clap, clap. If you re-read my posts, I was not on the live poker side or the internet side. I know that you got an 1100 hundred on your SAT's (variance), so I will kindly recap what you did not read or understand, that his point of Sammy Farha being down to Brian Townsend, a lot- not that Brian "won," the heads up match (mind you Sammy coming up from an 800K down earlier, and rugby 1.2 after that)- but that the poster has no idea what Brian won total from Sammy and he did not, unless I have made a mistake with 5 handed play. I hope my words were big enough as to not offend you.

I don't believe HSP aired the talk between Farha and Brian.
They did include the part when Farha (in response to Brian's play in one hand) said something along the lines of "you don't belong here."

Was it a joke? I think it would be more interesting to see what he thinks now.

only made a 1480, 1100000 is not a possible score. also Sammy was, in fact, down quite a bit to brian at the end of HU play, which is the extent of what can be used to speculate on who has what edge.
