[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] i have never been able to see my stats/score displayed, even when seated at a table. just shows blank for all my stats. is this normal? is there a way to see? [/ QUOTE ] SS will ignore your stats if you entered your name into the "Ignore Player" entry under Advanced Options. -Ben [/ QUOTE ] just as a note, it has *NOBODY* listed under "Ignore Player" entry in advanced options, and my stats still do not show. is this normal? could this have to do with aliasing in pokertracker? [/ QUOTE ] SS does not use PT's alias feature. So that might be why you aren't getting any stats even though it has "*NOBODY*" for Ignore Player. -Ben [/ QUOTE ] I'm not completely sure what this means. I know what PT's alias feature is but I'm not sure how it effects SS. How can I get it to show my stats if I want to see this just for S&G's |

The top player on the list of 4 has a custom user score of 0.0. The player is 14/10/3.5. If you look at the two ranges that I showed the player clearly has to fit into one of them. The score should be either -2.3 or -2.7 depending on how the rounding is done. Im having this problem with quite a few players. Several thousand hands on a player, they fit into a catagory that I can look right at but the score still says 0.0.
My shark multiplier is still set to 1.0. Is this a known bug or do I have something set up wrong? ![]() |

Is this a known bug or do I have something set up wrong? [/ QUOTE ] It misses the first one because the PFR is 10, and your range is 10.1 to 12, so its just below on that range. Its confusing because the between operator in this case really means "greater or equal to Value1 and less than Value2". Note that value2 is NOT "less than or equal to". That's why it doesn't match the 2nd image. -Ben |

My PostgreSQL databases are located on a another computer. I can't find where to setup the PT Aggregator to look for PostgreSQL databases on different addresses than localhost. Also I was wondering if it possible to ignore more than one player when calculating Table Averages? |

[/ QUOTE ] I believe you can edit the SixthSenseClient.ini file to have it point to a PTAgg database on another machine. However, you'll need to install SS on that machine, and then create the PTAgg on that machine first. -Ben |
