I wouldn't fold like ever unless opener is sick good and I can't be bothered with tangling with him. Why do you think its bad?

Patrik Antonius who is probably one of the best nl poker players plays worse cards from the blinds... people put way to much emphasis on preflop.

i completely disagree. to start with, why is having the lead that good for villain at all w/ so much left behind? If you plan to c/f any flop you dont hit then i guess its bad

i agree, i don't want to come off as a pf nazi. I just defy anyone (including PA) to play that profitably against anyone but a drooler for 100bb.

for ~160bb+ i can imagine it coming close but never HU for 100bb

Playing OOP is bad, because it reduces our edge. But if we are against bad players, our edge is big enough that we can give up some to play these hands OOP.
