If Herbie was a villager the wolves would've been pushing for him by now. Especially on d1. And yesterday, he had some heat and it fell apart because no one would jump onto him.

Nez,
Are you a wolf?

[/ QUOTE ]

Why are you asking questions to which you already know the answer?

Seriously, if you were village, the wolves would've been pouncing on you by now yes? Especially considering some villagers have found you as a wolf.

[/ QUOTE ]

As opposed to all the other people that villagers have found to be a wolf that the wolves haven't jumped on? Like fmxda, jack bando, mark k, clowntable, fcbl...unless you think they're all wolves together.

I think that's some terrible reasoning to pick out one person for a lynch right now. It feels more like the village is going LOL VILLAGE all over the place and the wolves are just sitting back and watching it happen. I think we're a lot better off going after the passive people and forcing them out into the sun.

Here's the thing though.

Last night was ridiculous. This was partly, of course, due to his highness, the Honorary Nazgul, Theoden.

No real bandwagons, no real direction, and the village ends up like the Opportunists in Dante's Inferno, chasing a blank banner back and forth and back and forth.

I refuse to be conducted like an orchestra, because, number 1, it sucks, and number 2, nazguls rub their hands with glee over the chaos that means we can learn absolutely NOTHING from the votes.

I want everyone to post in this thread today and say who they want to vote for...EARLY.

[/ QUOTE ]

QFMFT. This is EXACTLY what I'm feeling right now.

Wish I'd seen this vote count before those last posts. Then I could have quoted it as proof positive at how terrible we're doing at putting pressure on ANYONE.

I might add that being completely silent and devoid of useful posts is a much more effective tell on a 1st time player like RichC. compared to thebram, TFG and others.

[/ QUOTE ]

1. I'm not a first timer, have played many of these, not as many as most of you, but a few.

2. I dont really have to much to add that hasnt already been said, so no use posting when I spend most of my time trying to get caught up.

3. Being a west coast guy, i didnt even get home in time to defend myself last night.

4. I'm not a wolf, just a plain old Hobbit. No special skills, nothing to offer but my opinion.

FMXDA,

I know on the outside it looks bad. But 1) There was zero reason for a villager to ask that question. Zero. Whether he's gollum or not, his reads aren't going to magically change when he claims.

Also, last night your timing of the "SWITCH TO RICH" was way too convenient.

Also, your list today is very random.

When you make a villagery post, I'll let you know. But you have me convinced right now.

[/ QUOTE ]
I don't know how you can be SO SURE about the fact that a villager can't ask that question. Sure maybe it's a wolf-tell; I certainly am known to sound wolfy as a villager... but I can't see how that ONE post contradicts all the evidence that made me a 99% villager in your eyes. I just can't see how you can make that judgement.

And apparently you can't see that Gollum pretending to be a villager can affect reads that aren't genuine. For example, Gollum could actually believe that Herbie is village but insist he's evil so that the evils rule Gollum out as a potential seer.

I'm around for nighttime, and yes I want Rich lynched so bad. If anybody is suspicious from last night, it's Dustin.

My list is pretty much the same as the one you agreed with yesterday, except I added Dustin and Jeremy and took out VR.

That is a pretty funny countif. I'm happy with Mark, FMXDA, Herbie, and even FCBL today.

I will pretty much stake my pog life on this statement:

In the list of

Mark
FMXDA
Herbie
Dustin
FCBL

There are at least 2 wolves, probably 3.

Other wolf prospects (ranging from 51%-65% wolfy):

DMK
Nich (who did he protect last night BTW??)
TheBram
TFG
Clown
Chuckles

Will not vote for Jack Bando, VR, Jeremy, or FortFun anytime soon.
