I didn't even know George Lopez had a show. He's pretty good as a stand-up, most of the time.

Worth Noting...

8pm PBS - Nova:
"Great Escape" follows archaeologists, and original escapees, as they retrace the daring WWII POW escape dramatized in the 1963 Steve McQueen movie. The team searches for the 300 foot tunnel that the German's never found at Stalag Luft III in Sagan, Poland, which housed captured allied airmen.

I watch quite a bit of TV, but it doesn't uaually have my full attention.

Re: The cancelled shows list- I am really steamed up about the loss of Jericho. It was so strong the entire season. IT GOT AN ENTIRE SEASON, then ended in a huge cliffhanger, UGHH! Just a victim of the long hiatus after the holidays in Nov. and Dec. so ratings dropped.

Still, happy they kept FNL (Friday Night Lights)...and it had even worse ratings. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

8pm CW - Hidden Palms:
Nikki, a friend from Johnny's rehab days, arrives and makes Greta jealous. Meanwhile, Johnny recieves disturbing emails from an unidentified sender and learns a horrifying fact about Eddie's death. A benefit at the country club turns into an unplanned and unwelcome spectacle.

9pm ABC - American Inventor: Season Premiere
The 2nd season begins with open casting in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

10pm ABC - Traveler:
New Haven - Tyler and Jay go back to New Haven, Conn, to find evidence that can prove their innocence and Kim continues to look for proof of Will's existence. Meanwhile Carlton Fog holds a press conference to address reports that he's abetting his son.

Did anyone watch the Inventor show last year? I thought it was really bad. I can't believe there aren't better inventions out there.

I think the lounge could come up with something far better than anything I saw last year on that show. One thing I remember was a children's game that they liked but I thought it was rather boring. I think one lady invented some type of umbrella. There was also some kind of gym equipment in a bag. The winner was a baby car seat.
