Any money already on the card is unaffected, just so no one misinterprets what you're saying. They just aren't letting you withdraw more money onto it, and aren't issuing new ones.

So if I cashed out 3k 8 days ago, and it's in cyberspace now, will I recieve it in a few weeks? (I withdrew it via EFT to my bank and my friend said it would take a few weeks).

And if I still have an additional 3k in there, can I still recieve a check for it, or will I ever be able to withdrawl it again or will I at least be able to spend it with merchants?
