I've had to change my normal definition of chilly to fit people out here.

When people here in SD say chilly, it usually refers to weather I consider damn nice, like low 70's.

I thought you were saying i was the only one out here that used the word chilly as meaning very cool. Yeah, stay here awhile and you'll become a weather puss too..where i live, it almost always is in the 60's at nite or lower
