what a ridiculous match, i guess blake was lucky to even have it that close...haas was choking then, then not sucking, then choking. Blake after winning the third set, and then losing 6-0 in the 4th is just unacceptable.
In the tie break, down 3-4, blake double faults and then misses an easy forehand. That is not going to get the job done, I just don't understand how Blake is top 10 in the world sometimes.

[/ QUOTE ] I normally love any five set matches, but the quality of the fifth set of this match was really pretty bad. Choking and unforced errors from both players, who should be experienced enough to not be making so many mistakes. There was that one ridiculous point in the tiebreak with the siiick lobs by Haas

Blake has only made TWO quarterfinals at Grand Slams in his career. I like the guy, but he's no kind of big match player.
That Chakavetzade girls looks like she could buck like a bronco in the sack. Hope she makes the final. GG, whoever did the draw for this tourney: Federer-Roddick, Serena-Henin, Venus-Jankovic, Tues-Wed night on USAAAAAAAAY! Then you get Serena/Henin-Venus Friday during the day. Plus Rafa's got bad knees and Sharapova's long gone. CBS has to be looking for a noose around now.

[/ QUOTE ] would've been good for the ratings to see at least Blake make it to the semis. Also even though Rfed deserves it, they shouldn't put him in the night match since it's usually drama-less. Fellatio Lopez played well, but it's over now. The Haas/Blake match now would've been great. Most of these women's matches seem to just be lacking, I was just waiting for that Anna Chaz match to be over. I am looking forward to Henin vs. Serena tho. Also, too bad Vaidisova lost, she is too much of a nutcase.
