Thought you were getting the iMac? Or is the iMac for the wife, and the MBP for papa. Just saw the latest iMacs in Shanghai, they were nice... If I didn't need the processing power of a tower I'd be all over the iMac. either one is real nice though..

Josh ordered the iMac. I ordered the MacBook Pro.

I received my MacBook Pro yesterday but have not had a chance to play with it yet...

Please be aware though, that I haven't used a Mac in nearly 15 years. It is going to take some time to learn the system. Fortunately, I know a little bit about Linux, so adapting shouldn't be that hard, but this is a totally new development platform for me. It's unlikely that that Mac release will be at the same time as the PC release. It might be a few months behind. Hopefully not, but I don't want to disappoint those who may be expecting the Mac release at the same time.

I'm definitely interested in beta testing a Mac version.

I'm also a Mac developer, so I can be pretty useful in testing/debugging.

Thanks!

I can't wait for the mac version to get released. I would also be interested in beta testing it as well. Finally a reliable poker software for mac.

Put me up as someone else also interested in testing the PT3 for OSX Though I haven't actually seen a mac client for poker stars, i thought it was still in beta. We would probably need a list of native poker clients also.
The only reason i have parallels is to run PO and stars/full tilt. Though unfortunately pokerstars seems to kernel crash my parallels install so I'm back to using my desktop windows pc.
PokerAce, I wish I saw this interest check thread sooner, because if you waited till Oct. 1st to order the machine you could have saved 109 you'll need to spend on an upgrade to leopard now. ($109 is off amazon.com, $129 normal price.)

I'm super excited to finally be OS X only for everything but pc games
