This isn't necessarily slowplaying. These aren't great aces, so you're gonna need ot check/fold a ton of flops. You can raise for value, but you also have to be capable of raising for value with hands besides aces. Pretty much the worst spot imaginable in PLO is having an obvious hand OOP with most of your stack left to be put in on future streets.
