-the staking from what i read/my interpetation seems to be just on the 2nd 30k and not the first since there was no mention of the other 30k. and he stated hed rather it be a stake so he wouldnt feel bad burrowing 30k from you.

And just to restate it because this pisses me off: someone with a fat roll should approach OP to put up $ for the makeup stake, OP takes a % of the 30K as a loss paid to you (assuming you don't think boosted with ream you by playing Ivy HU going for a 30K coinflip or some other less slimy, but still slimy move)

If OP has provided legit convo, there's no way boosted doesn't owe $30K.

It's crystal [censored] clear.

However, Boosted still has the opportunity to negate OP's accusations with PM's, AIM logs, or at least proof that the transfers weren't a day apart, as OP claims, which in itself isn't a huge deal, but could show OP is exaggerating the claims made against Boosted.

However, at this point, it looks like Boosted should pony up the $30K.

Dude, not only do you get 30K back but you should find someone with a roll much bigger than yours to front 30K to boosted through you wherey you take a partial loss worked out with that person (all it takes is for the person to have faith boosed is not gonna cheat and is a winning player) Even if you give them 5K or even more your still crazy if you don't work this angle (and f boosted your not REALLY working this angle, your staking him for makeup for the 30K, any money you happen to 'borrow' from another player to put up to stake the makeup under any terms you work out is between you and the loaner and none of boosted's business)
