[/ QUOTE ] you will throw up a lot and/or die. i will be surprised if you make it through a case. my buddies had a < 48 hr contest that started on friday night b/t the 2 of them...all keystone light. i believe the final talley score was 60-56 although the 60 beer guy threw up, and at one point, his nose started randomly bleeding. his victory was frowned upon since throwing up was not technically against the rules to start. they were both approximately 5'9" and 170 lbs

Assuming you made it to the end, and timed everything perfectly, you would have 26 beers in your system (that your liver hasn't been able to process yet -- as it will only get through the first 24 beers in 24 hours). Unless you are constantly forcing yourself to puke I don't see how it could be done. That's a lot to have in your system. A lot. If you don't force yourself to puke or keep chugging after puking, I'm pretty sure you will pass out/die or be in the hospital getting your stomach pumped before the 24 hours is up.

you have to be incredibly ignorant to really think this is easily doable. tolerances may vary, but BAC is pretty much proven science.

This will happen on Thursday, since I have nothing better to do at Foxwoods. Show up to the poker room if you want to see the nonsense take place. First 12 hours will not be worth seeing but the ass end should be interesting. I will have to hand off my money to a friend to avoid the casino. Full trip report will follow on Sat.

LOL at people saying that he is going to die. No. You cant die from drinking too much beer because you get too full. The only way to die is by drinking hard liquor. Id say the OP does this no problem. A couple tips from an experienced binge drinker 1) pace urself 2) dont eat. People who are telling you to eat are misinformed. Eating will just make you more full which is going to be your biggest enemy. Maybe have like a slice or 2 of bread or something.
The alcohol is going to leave your body at approx 1 beer an hour so if you pace yourself you probably wont even be that drunk, though if I were you I would probably just get drunk as hell and plan for a nap followed by more drinking.
