Virtua Tennis for Dreamcast is and probably will be one of the sickest video games I ever played. Did any one else enjoy this one? With four players, it could be quite a rush at times.

Seemed to me at the time that New Coke was designed to get a bunch of people drinking and talking about how great original Coke was. It succeeded marvellously at that. I don't think for a minute that Coca Cola had any intentions of replacing their original formula. Add a new line, maybe get some new sales, get more traction for your major product. If no new sales, kill product, reap benefits of more sales of major product.

This is a myth.

Roberto Goizueta, the CEO of Coca-Cola for the New Coke fiasco, aside from that, did an incredible job at the company. He once said that he wished he was clever enough to think of that marketing scheme.

Obviously, people who believe Coke did it on purpose will just say he's lying, but I don't believe he was. It was a terrible idea that ended up, because of how loyal Coke's customer base was, helping the company in the end. Happy fluke.

I loved the McDLT. three problems with the sandwich:

they put the cheese on the cold side
large styrofoam packaging
bun on hot side would be a little soggy

but it was my preferred sandwich when it was around. I also liked the Arch Deluxe, so I guess I'm dig the things the rest of the world hates..

New Coke clearly the biggest consumable flop/bomb of all time.

I'm 28 years old and can vividly remember a time when it was standard to find an 8 track player in a car. Just because they were crappy doesn't mean they were a flop.

I gotta call you out on this. Unless your memory is isolated to an old buick your family owned, your statement is false. In the early 80's an 8 track would be viewed as more of an oddity than "standard".
