[ QUOTE ]
How are cases of animal cruelty and child molestation handled in AC land?

[/ QUOTE ]

Without a contract, what would give a third party the power to intervene in such a transaction?

We're against initiation of force.

[/ QUOTE ]

And how do you conclude whether force has been initiated against a child?

[/ QUOTE ]
With social and cultural norms.

[/ QUOTE ]

The norms of the perpetrator, or those of the "society" that wishes to force theirs upon him without his consent?

AC HAS been proven. It's been proven because the market has been proven as an efficient, effective distributor of goods and services to where they are needed. The most efficient and effective, actually. The issue is that the market has never been ALLOWED to provide for ALL goods and services because of monopolies maintained by force. The proof is in the pudding really. Markets provide societies goods and services effectively and efficiently, states don't. How much more proof is needed?

How many ACists is this forum up to now?

So child molesters aren't muscled out in the state. Wonderful!

[/ QUOTE ]

Wouldn't be terribly libertarian of you to want child molesters muscled out or their opinions squelched.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yet another beautiful example of someone demonstrating that they have no idea what the philosophy they are arguing against actually contains.

I'm going to start handing out Gold Stars For Helping the Cause of Liberty for these.

[/ QUOTE ]

You want child molesters muscled out, rather than being allowed to use their property--their voice--to garner support for their point of view? Awfully authoritarian of you.

[/ QUOTE ]

Where did I say this?

Oh, and here's another for your collection: *

Seeing as I hve never heard of "anti-state.com", but I have heard of many other online communities of free market anarchists, you would appear to be empirically incorrect. But thanks; I'll have to check out this anti-state.com.

what are those online communities? there are very few libertarians in this country, and a very small pct. of those are anarchists.
