the certification was very very educational.

i have more faith in the statement that crossfit is the future of fitness training than ever before.

it is not bodybuilding and does not fit the needs of those who exclusively work out for vanity purposes.

i am going to write a long trip report if there is interest if there isn't (and i won't then) and you still have questions pm me. the info. is all available on the net and better explained there than i could possibly do, but if there are questions beyond that feel free.

so let me know if a trip report is in order.

seems to me it would make you lean and ripped. most sane ppl want that look.
