Based on the vibe you're going for, you might want to grab an MP3 of the new Guns N' Roses song "Madagascar". The second half is basically nothing but samples of these types of movie quotes mixed in with MLK speeches.

Aliens. Any number of scenes can work from this movie:

Ripley coming out in the robot to say "Get away from her you B*tch!" to the Queen.

Hudson going insane shooting everything in sight when the Aliens swarm them "You want a piece of me? You?"

The entire scene where the marines are trapped by the Aliens and Lt Gorman freezes and doesn't know what to do and Ripley takes over, drives the armored tank in to save the marines than hauls ass out.

Use something from Memento for sure, maybe the scene where it is actually in reverse.
