So you never gave Doyle's Room your Full Tilt account name, yet they transferred it into your Full Tilt account?

I play at Golden Palace and I haven't received any checks from them yet. I've requested three so far, the first one on January 27.
Do Doyles Room and Golden Palace use the same bank/check processor?
Has anyone received a check from either site since January 27?

Ok I'm new and was lost, but I finally found the spot. Here's a much shorter version of my post.

Don't play with your money after selecting the transfer option.

Penalty: 4 days of dreadful chat with managers at DR.

How were you able to play at DR after you made the transfer? My account balance went to $0 immediately.

Mine didn't transfer right away, I transferred within the first hour or two of the option being available. When the transfer did go through, most my money was at a table and now I'm stuck. On hold with accounting right now after losing phone connection once already.

If the money did not leave your Doyle's account, you have to contact security so they can verify you (ie. call you on the phone).

Then the money leaves the DR acct. and gets transferred in 24 hours to the FTP account.
