I hope you approve <font color="green">[censored]</font>'s generous offer above. And in fact, despite what you said earlier in this thread, I think his powers should be extended to culling mods as well. As he wields his scythe through the weed choked fields that are various forums, the wheat will slowly become thriving again. Don't let this opportunity pass by.

fwiw, if you review mod history, you will note that modding is pretty much a self-culling activity. Burnout is pretty high... and the intensity of ModWars™ only adds to that. [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

1) Right now, what is the most surprising thing to you about forum life and the type of complaints you get? Do you lie in bed at night and stew over the problems?

2) Do people’s real-life personalities match up with their online personalities? Like when you meet the celebrity posters in person, do you think to yourself “God, you’re EXACTLY like your online persona.” Have you ever met a poster whose real life personality was actually the opposite of his online personality? Nobody is "banned" from being a moderator. New moderators require approval from existing moderators. The situation is fluid.
