I was just asking my friend this.

Jacob is active. He was hurt a few weeks ago and hasn't been seen much since. I don't get it either, because I think he's healthy enough to play.

I think it's a general rule that when there are penalties on both sides they offset, no matter how many there are (the exception being a personal foul vs. a non-personal foul).
