I don't know that many guys want to actually be "skinny." I think most guys would like to be leaner and more ripped than they are, but often want more muscle and bulk rather than less. The weight guys are talking about losing is fat, but once they do that, I doubt many would complain about putting on a few pounds of muscle.

202 - 185 No more soda - haha yeah right - I am going to try and substitute water for soda as much as possible and stop the half and half in my coffee. That alone should make me drop 10 in 2 months.

even if you only get halfway to your goal it's still better than not trying

i am 150 and would like to be 170 by the end of the year.

Currently 6'6", 185lb. Want to be the same but with a lower bodyfat %.

Used to be 185 throughout hs and first 3 years of college
Got up to 215 around mid-summer, and realized that I needed to lose it back
Got down to 200.0 before the holidays
Currently 205.5 (FU holiday food)
