The menu is in big letters right on the wall. They are expecting you to choose something from it. If you use an ambigious term that is NOT on the menu, they just want to be clear. If there is any fault, it is with the person ordering.

PS My Starbucks rant more or less starts and ends with the fact I refuse to use any descriptive word other than small, medium and large when choosing among three sizes. But I've only made an issue of it once, and I decided it was me on an off day [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

i could spend ten minutes typing up the order in which the company expects drinks to be called. ive got people that work with me that have been doing the job for 6 months and still cant remember the order it all goes in.

Iced Grande Nonfat Caramel Macchiato is correct.

as is: Iced Decaf Quad Grande Hazelnut Nonfat No Whip Mocha. Fill up all 6 boxes. That's the sign of true yuppie-dom.

I don't understand the Starbucks hate. Didn't they pretty much start the coffee thing? Its not like there were tons of little coffee shops before and they went around taking their business.
