Run that sim again. I didn't run it but I know from doing sims it doesn't look right as it should be about a coin flip (you only had 9 outs to improve to beat him). What especially isn't right is saying there are 500K enumerated boards, as once the flop comes in omaha and you are simulating 2 known hands, there are only 820 different 2 card combinations that can come for the turn and river, i.e. C(41,2). You can use the combin function on excel to verify that. Perhaps you ran it as if it were allin preflop and not postflop or something.
