I notice a lot of you mention Rushmore which is a genius movie if you haven't you should see Bottle Rocket, Wes Anderson's first full length and hysterical.

(no particular order)

Caddyshack
Bottle Rocket
Blazing Saddles
American Splendor
A Clockwork Orange
Raging Bull
American Beauty
Dead Poets Society
The Silence of the Lambs
The Usual Suspects
Scent of a Woman
Waiting for Guffman

Sublime....you grew up strict in midwest? I saw sweating the Royals, watch some of these and Guffman mocks small town Missouri, it's hilarious especially if you had to endure it.

Right now I'll answer these:

Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma

This movie had the strongest impact on me. I really felt this one in my guts.

Meet the Feebles

Hilarious and weird.

This Is Spinal Tap

As a long time metalhead this cracks me up every time I watch it. It's funny because it's true!

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Excellent adaptation of an excellent novel.

Dip hyut shueng hung (The Killer)

Violence can be beautiful. At least the Matrix guys made brilliant choice when they decided to copy John Woo's style.

Once the dvd comes out and I watch it a few more times then Snakes on a Plane might move up into the top 5.
