Same here, I would c-bet and fold to a raise.

As played though I find a fold here.

What does cbetting this flop accomplish? Not getting bluffed, and thats about it. Otherwise cbetting is horrible. A's call or raise and worse hands fold, cool situation.

c/Fold is fine here, btw.

This is the mistake that people saying check are making.

If this really IS the case then you are in a great spot because villain is playing super weakly and you can raise ATC and cbet any flop and you'll take it down.

If villain is decent and willing to fire turn with flush draws and underpairs and he's capable of floating here then the turn is going to be a little tougher to play but most people at this level will be happy to check it down with 99 and their flush draws.

fees i really do respect you as a poster and whatever but you always just say what you think is right but never even bother to argue why it is supposed to be right...

[/ QUOTE ]

just lazy, but since it seems you're asking nicely, I'll indulge you

Here are why they are different
1. Villian in OP hand is loose, JKKKK's villian is a nitag
2. Our hand we open in EP and get CC from LP, JKKK's hand we 3bet a button stealer (his range will be alot smaller)
3. We should always be cbetting when we have something, one of these reasons (the reason relevant to the situation at hand) is we need to know where our opponent is at, c/cing doesnt tell us much (this is the most important thing to understand why b/f or bet then c/f turn is better than c/c flop and see turn) If we just b/f the flop our life is easy, if we c/c its very very tough spot and we still have two more streets to play
4. Players in 3bet pots normally do or dont go with their hands after the flop, JKKK's hand needs to give us more information, making a decision here is very tough
