FWIW, there are 4 25/50 PLO games going just on Stars right now. I think anyone who beats that game solidly should be able to make $1,000,000 a year if they just put in a decent number of hands. Add up all the European sites, and I'd guess that at least 15 to 20 players make over 1MM just from PLO.
Overall, I'd still say that the total number of players winning that much is under 150, but I really doubt it's under 50. Something between 75 and 100 sounds right.
