I see Party "gives" us 4 pts for every 20 raked hands of NL cash games. Does anyone know about how many raked hands there in a typical table per hour?

Your regular points target, which will remain the same each week, is: 16040 regular party points.

All you have to do is reach this target by the end of each week of the promotion (Tuesday, 11:59 p.m. (ET) and we will redeem your points and give you a bonus of USD 460!

Ha, Bob gets over 500 for 13k, I wonder how they came up with my #. I had planned on playing 100k hands of 5/10 6 max this month anyhow so I will be able to hit the bonus each week I believe. It comes out to about 25k hands played per week to hit the bonus.

I emailed them asking for a better deal

Wrong. As usual, this little VIP gets the orphan's share: 2415 points/ $65 big ones. At NL/PL I estimate 12,180 hands per week. I was hoping for something a bit better [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I was trying to win a cabin in the current promo they have going but I if did win it and went on the cruise it wouldn't be free anymore.

The week that it sailed I would not be playing so I would not hit my goal in 2 of the 8 weeks as it goes Sun-Sun

I also would only get a $600 bonus at the end of the promo instead of $2500 for hiting my targets for all 8 weeks.

So winning a free cruise just cost me $3K

this is an interesting perspective.

Not sure I remember what your target is...but since the party acceler-8 week runs from Weds through Tues there is still a chance that you could just cram in all the hands you need before and after the cruise.

(along with the fact that internet IS available on the boat...although it's a bit pricey).

3905 for $125 is that good? sounds terrible compaired to others. I play 10/20 limit and am a silver member. (do oyu become gold member right when you hit the points or do you have to wait until 3/1/06?

11,195 points for $590.00 this = 36 hours of 8 tabling 3-6 6 max i supppose it is possible to do this before and after I come back, but thats a long week.

6160 for $350. 6160 points is damned near impossible for me to generate even 6-tabling my normal 6max NL games. Ridiculous. Party has been sent a very angry e-mail, as they did not respond to my pleasantly worded one last month.

4 Points / 20 RAKED hands of ANY NL/PL game. Even NL2000 or NL1000 6max. Just moronic.
