april 24th and the money still isn't in my account. It was "processed" in UB last week then it went back to "in progress" and "processed again" last night. Very annoying.

Contacted them again. InstaDebit said they never got anything from UB and UB is saying they sent it to InstaDebit already. Great.

I am gonna take my money out of UB for good now.

UB finally refunded me the money and said to avoid using InstaDebit for withdrawals. I just asked them for a check for 1200.00, so we'll see how long that takes.

I started cashing out what's left in my UB account (about 1k) yesterday. My earlier withdrawal took about 2 hours total. I haven't heard anything at all regarding this withdrawal yet. Not a good sign. Will update again later.

Update: My check was "processed" within a few hours. It seems to me that withdrawals to e-wallets can be very slow or very fast, and that cheques are much more reliable and processed faster.

I just wanted to say that I ended up with a connection to upper management at UB/AP through Mark Seif. This contact told me about some issues swapping payment processors and the actual person on UB/AP end was also a position in transition. The combination of this produced a nasty synergy which put everything out of whack...

The last time I corresponded with him (week ago), and I quote:

Okay, I got about $1000 left at UB and would like to get all but about $100 off without triggering the dreaded "security check".

Is there any consensus on a withdrawal strategy/method which will accomplish this in a reasonable timeframe (like a few weeks)?

Withdrew my total balance today via check. Done with them unless they go back to the regular points system. Hopefully check won't take forever.
