You are doing better then me. I cant squat any weight at all due to tendonitis.
Is it a bad idea to squat with a petella tendon strap on? |

While in my semi-hiatus (my legs still don't work. Gah Gah Gah) I've thought about my goals. Obv I'd like them ASAP but I will settle for waiting a bit.
Deadlift: 400 Squat: 300 Bench: 250 Power Clean: 200 Weight: 180 If I could close these out by year end, I'd consider it a pretty solid victory. I am closer to some rather than others, but we'll see how everything progresses. I'm gonna punt the last workout in my series from the EDT set and just move into doing the 5x5. Regardless, my Zercher Squat went up a ton. |
