Yeah that [censored] got annoying fast but it was still way way better then I thought it would be.

Look at the critics reviews too... rottentomatoes has it 86% fresh right now.

I'll admit that it doesn't really match up to the hayday of the TV series, but there are definitely scenes that reminded of that pre-2000 humor. It also helps that the villian's voice is the exact same voice of Hank Scorpio.

I've actually seen a couple of these during the 6pm/7:30 reruns during the weekdays. Most of the episodes you say are good cannot compare to the genius of the first half of the series.

Actually, most of the episodes you say are good I think are garbage (especially the Evita one)... but to each his own.

I thought the WoW episodes were different enough that it would be like comparing apples to oranges. Both were very good IMO.

I liked the 24 episode of the Simpsons better than the South Park one, but both are good.

Also to whoever said that it felt like the Simpsons stole those eps from South Park, realize that animating the Simpsons takes much much longer than animating South Park so the air date does not tell who had the idea first.

Pretty much agree here, but I think a couple of the most recent episodes fall into the great category.

I agree with everything said in this thread about FG. After watching Cartoon Wars, I realized all the glaring flaws and I also realized that in recent seasons they ran out of jokes so they tried (and horribly failed) to make political commentary. The Texas episode and the WalMart episode are good examples of this.

It definitely wasn't amazing, but it was definitely good.

I did get incredibly tilted in the theater when all the morons laughed it up at the bad jokes and non-jokes.

Movie was good. First half is very funny but is heavy on slapstick(not in a bad way IMO). Second half hearkens back to the early tender days of the Simpsons.

Bart is once again a sweet, misunderstood prankster.
Homer is still selfish and dumb, but is also a caring father

It's not appropriate for a 5 or 6 year old. There is a good amount of sexual innuendo, drug references, mild profanity, frontal nudity, and Homer flips the bird a few times.
