Think antagonist/protagonist, as that's what is meant when someone says good/bad guy in relation to a movie.

I just want to point this out, since it's obvious that many people don't understand this (this was not the first stupid post expressing this confusion).

No, the thieves in Ocean's 11, 12, 13... the pirates in Pirates of the Caribbean, and Chow Yun Fat in The Killer are not "bad guys."

Who won, unless your calling the governemnt the "bad" guy then I concur.
