I dont think anyone realises, YOU STORE 2.7GRAMS OF WATER WITH EVERY GRAM OF CARB YOU EAT.
IF YOU DONT EAT 200G OF CARBS, YOU WILL EFFECTIVELY LOOSE around 500g of weight alone on that one day, then you must factor in the water loss when the glycogen is used up in your muscles and liver. BAM, down 5lbs and masturbating over how good your "No exercise im lazy" diet is. Do some cardio, at the very least. Thats just for good health, not even for a calorie deficit. |

Sweet. Thanks for the angry bump. Anybody serious about putting a bet together? This should be reasonably long-term (4 months?) so we don't just shed a bunch of water weight or whatever.

I lost 50 poounds in 3 weeks once, but I woulnd't reccomend it. I was in the hospital trying to die from colon cancer.

Seriously. Go for a run several times a week, it's not that hard and gives you a ton more energy too.
These "im too [censored] lazy to work out" diets are pretty sad. |
