um like right away? That arc was imo the only bad few episodes in the show's run.

I agree, that was the run of a few episodes that were below par.

Also, not sure if this is often mentioned, but, "ready, aim, marry me" (the one with martin short as uncle jack), was this the worst of the series? (or, at least, somewhere in the bottom 20%)

Absolutely - this is the one episode I skip when watching the DVDs.

Yeah, I remember it being the worst, but I don't consider my evaluation of season 3 complete

oh, also, something that I wouldnt say is a favourite moment, but one I dont hear people talk about that is really funny, is the

"use your illusion" to "use your illusion 2" (some band had the rights to the first name) to "use your allusion" (try to work some allusion in there..."like chaucer?"..."just not poe, Im doing poe")

I feel the Rita arc is a lot better the second or third time around. When I first watched it felt very deus ex machinaish. That wrote themself into a corner and as a way to get out of it decided to say she was retarded. When you rewatch you see that it was all really well planned out. I don't really like the dragon, Martin Short plot in ready, aim, fire, but how can you dislike any episode with this

I normally preface my hatred of that episode with "but Tobias really had some great lines"

I mean, the normal characters are great as usual, I just didnt like the two new ones

Thats not my (dont think CMI's either) criticism. The whole thing just had a lame jumptheshark feel and mostly just wasn't that funny.
