not really, i never said he wasn't great, i think he can easily improve one aspect of his game but he chooses not too... people then got all crazy saying i said he wasn't clutch blah blah blah... jus wanted to make sure everyone realizes i'm not disputing how great of a hitter he is at all the MOST important things a hitter has to do
that being said... he needs to get the runner in more often, with a man on third and less than two outs late in a tie game the only explanation is a poor approach

yes that's the only reason that it can possibly be.
i'd be real curious how often alex comes up in this spot - my guess would be something like ten times a season, if that. at least you morons stopped booing him

i never booed him... this complaint is one of two complaints i've had about him as a yankee
the other one is jus kind of a pet peave, but he strikes out looking to much, but ya just a pet peave not a real gripe

I expect him to hit around .280/.400/.390 for the rest of the year. The weird thing is, he went 60 ABs without a walk, yet he's barely behind last year's pace of base on balls when with the yankees. starting to get some hope for this team.

ya i know, we got hideki irabu instead if i remember correctly... obviously horrible mistake that probably cost us 2 world series, maybe more
still tho, i really don't like his constant attention seeking/dorky personality... guys a h o m o
