Anyone have a copy of the Stars alternate deck? I never played there. I was defo gonna try black for spades, once I get the layout nailed down. I also was considering trying one or 2 of my old decks, with white faces, and colored characters.

I, also, wanted to use this same layout style, with colored cards, and white characters. This newer layout, with my older color style.

Version 5.2

- Same as previous Version 5.x cards, with following changes:

- Yellow Spades
- Added another pixel of black border (stroke) around the characters in the upper left. I tested the cards with only 1 pixel stroke on the upper left, and the yellow spades were a bit hard to distinguish.

What's the easiest way to make the corners transparent for these cards? How about making transparent corners for the default chip set (the chips0 and chips1 are way too small so I replaced both files with the chips from chips 2, but when I get down to this size, the chips have white square corners)?

Please, reply to, dont quote - takes a whole page up when you quote to one of my card postings.

Corners transparent?? Not sure what you mean. I don't have any corner transparency issues, unless i blow it up to full screen. And that is only a little bit of green pixelation on the corners. Could you post a screen grab of what you mean?

Chips are too small? I have never modded any chips. Perhaps they can be resized like some people do to the cards files.

Try and resize chips3.png to these follow percentages:

cards0.png - 70%
chips1.png - 80%
chips2.png - 96%
chips3.png - 116%
chips4.png - 140%
chips5.png - 160%
chips6.png - 186%

This "should" make your new chip files a bit bigger than the original chip files. No guarantees . I have never done this, or done the math to know if these are accurate numbers. Good Luck.

The cards have small back edges on the corners. Not a huge deal though.

Hmmm - I only notice it when I go to full screen (cards6.png) with a table. I havent' noticed any transparency issues with my cards, on the smaller sizes, in quite a while. Doubt this is it, but is your screen resolution set at maximum?

Are you using the standard green felt tables, backgrounds? Have you tried using some of the RT table mods? My transparency issues, if I have any, show up as green on these dark table surfaces.
