I cant take 25NL seriously

But I thought Party 200NL pre-Nov06 was easier than Stars 25NL presently.

this makes me feel better about myself

[/ QUOTE ]

I find the stars NL50 much easier than the FTP NL25.

i can't stop laughing

i looked up one of the donks at my 50nl tables to see how many other tables he is playing

he's playing on 3 others . . .

[/ QUOTE ]

I lost $150 to a donk at UB one time only to find him playing Play Money night after night after night.

I'm still trying to figure out what the hell was going on in this hand:

UTG ($20.50)
MP ($6.74)
CO ($17.85)
Button ($21.21)
SB ($57.62)
Hero ($25.87)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $0.25, Button calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, CO folds, Button calls $1.

Flop: ($2.85) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $0.5</font>, Hero calls $0.50.

Turn: ($3.85) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $1.25</font>, Hero calls $1.25.

River: ($6.35) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $8</font>, Hero calls $8.

Final Pot: $22.35

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">

Button has 9c 8d (high card, king).
Outcome: Hero wins $22.35. </font>

Went to New Orleans this weekend and played 1-2NL at Harrahs. I buy in for the max $200. My first BB I get dealt 25o in a 5 way limped pot. Flop comes A34 rainbow, jackpot. SB checks and I lead for $10, folds around to the BTN who makes it $30 and SB folds. In my first orbit at the table I've already seen this idiot make a 2 street bluff with Q high so I chill for a min. and call praying that a blank hits. Turn 5 ([censored]!). I check, he bets $60 and I go AI, he snapcalls w/ AQo. After I double up and am stacking his chips, he says "didnt know you playd that garbage." LOLOLOLOL. Thanks for limping AQo OTB fish.

About an hour later, I get dealt KK UTG and make it $15. Two relatively young asian dudes have just recently bought in for $600 bc there is some old guy at the table sitting with like $1300 in front of him. First asian dude repops to $30 and it folds to the other one who makes it $100. It gets back to me and I'm like wtf? I doubt people are 3betting and 4betting light in a live game but who knows. So I look at both the guys and say "please dont show me something stupid" and the original RRer says "dont worry I'll show you no matter what." So I fold and the orig RRer goes AI for $500 more. Other guy snapcalls with TT and the guy who said he would show me tables AA. Oh yeah, very standard that the K would hit on the river and my hand would have won.

Anyways, the moral of this story is that 200NL live plays way worse than 50NL online. They dont rake the pot, but you have to pay $6 every half hour. Kinda weird.

WTF is with these 10+ buyin downswings in this thread? Last few months, people would only post corny, minor downswings, but reading these makes me feel pretty sick
