Soooooo [censored] irritable its ridiculous. After eating way too much junkfood and crap every day for the last few months I'm going to the gym and following the 5-6 smaller meals a day of wholesome, nutritious food thing. 6 days in and my body is screaming out for sugary carbs, or alcohol, or both at the same time. arghghh. I need to do this though otherwise I'll become a fatty and nobody likes fatties.

dude you don' tneed to eat 1500 cals/day every day and never drink. you can have a ocoupld treats sometimes. i went from 240lbs senior year of hs to 165 now and it wasn't t hat hard.

Oh Im eating at least 2000 cals a day, and the drinking thing is more to detox and help me lose some initial weight. My housemates are all alcoholics so Ive been drinking more than is good for me for a while.

alcohol = Possibly most pointless useless calorific drink ever interms of nutrition.
I'd say its pretty low on the list of "Lose weight, get healthy". Except pre show to dry out fwiw. |
