I think we should pick a day for Sam to come out with Frodo's picks, and, on that day, require gt1t to identify Sam before he claims.
Good/Bad?

Although I am still usually in favor of seers coming out when they feel they have useful information instead of predetermining when they should come out because we don't have enough information to know whether it is worth them coming out or not.
I vote for letting Frodo/Sam play their own game here
