Mine simply says connection refused. Perhaps a reason not to charge us all this big fee while its still in beta....... [/ QUOTE ] Relax -- Ben & co. have been nothing but professional from Day 1, and I'm sure they'll reimburse us if this cuts into our use to any significant degree. Like I said, I suspect that this isn't a universal problem (which is why some people are continuing to use it problem-free), but rather has something to do with how SS switches ppl from the 15-day trial to the full paid membership. That's why only the select few of us to sign up right away (brag: i was the first ) are experiencing this. B/c we're the first to have our 15-day trial lapse. It'll be fixed soon enough, I'm sure. |

same here-this is not good [/ QUOTE ] Same - i emailed Ben and he's allegedly working on it. I suspect it has something to do with the 15-day trial period running out (for us who were the first to sign up as soon as it went commercial), but the transition to full paid subscription is flawed. [/ QUOTE ] Yes, that's exactly what happened. Sorry for the downtime everyone. Its been fixed now. -Ben |

Re: New Software Announcement - SIXTH SENSE
Are your servers down? I just tried opening SS and I get an error: "Warning - No Tables. The Sixth Sense servers may be down. No tables were received from the servers...." It was working fine for me last night, but now this, this morning.
Edit: I'm now realizing Party has had issues this morning after their "upgrade", so I'm guessing this is what is causing the SS problem? |

We are running the backup table scanners now, so the table times will be a bit older (1-8 mins vs 1-2 mins). That should be fixed shortly. -Ben |

There are two copies of pgoledb.dll on my computer; one in system32, and the other in PostreSQL's directory. I temporarily copied the system32 one over the PostGRE one (backed it up just in case), but the error remains. Rob [/ QUOTE ] Any ideas on this? I know you guys are busy but it's tough to pay a lot of money for a product that you can't use. Rob |

Rob [/ QUOTE ] Go to this site: http://www.benziegler.com/stuff/ Download debugger.exe, run it, then run SS from within it (File/Run command). After SS gets the error, please copy the log from the debugger and email it to us. -Ben |
