I have a general question...

Looking over my first 20k hands at $50NL my W$WSF seems to be highest from UTG > MP > C/O > Button.

Is this normal? and why does this happen?

I'm actually going to answer my own question. Does this happen because I alway have the initiative on the flop when I come in UTG and that is not always the case IP and I'm playing to much fit or fold poker?

Well, 20k hands = ~3.5k / position, so that's not really a large sample.
Secondly, your UTG range probably (hopefully) consists of stronger hands w/ greater showdown value, or when you raise from UTG, your c-bets probably get more respect.
