Re: The Official NFL Draft Thread
I'm going with Posluszny, mainly for mobility at LB and to replace Cato June. I wouldn't be upset with Branch for tcoming into today.

This day turned out great for the Bears. This cluster [censored] of a first round allowed us to get the best tight end in the draft. [/ QUOTE ] Not to mention the players that will be there when they pick again at 37. |

where are you reading that? this is what ESPN says: San Francisco 49ers: Acquire pick No. 28 (select OT Joe Staley). New England Patriots: Acquire pick No. 110 and a first-round pick in 2008. [/ QUOTE ] It was from the 49'ers official site. But.....they've changed to say what ESPN says, so ignore all my posts. |

Re: The Official NFL Draft Thread
Like when he rambled on about Denver taking a WR and argued with Mort and Kiper. He looked like a fool.

That or see if Jarrett falls to us |

Re: The Official NFL Draft Thread
Why does TD/INT ratio seem to not be very important stats?
I'm looking at these numbers and Troy Smith is far and away the best in this category of the Top 5 and probably the rest of the class. Troy Smith - TD: 54 INT: 13 = 24% differential Brady Quinn - TD: 95 INT: 39 = 41% differential Jemarcus Russel - TD: 52 INT: 21 = 40% differential Drew Stanton - TD: 42 INT: 28 = 66% differential Kevin Kolb - TD: 85 INT: 31 = 36% differential It seems to me that nothing changes a game or the morale of a team more than an INT and especially one returned for a TD. Is the fact that he's only 6" 1' really matter if he gives the ball away less than the others? |
